problème de communication agent/serveur OCS
Bonjour,
Depuis que j'ai fait la mise à jour d'Ubuntu à la version 16.04, j'ai des problèmes avec OCS. Dans un premier temps, l'ancienne version d'OCS n'était plus compatible avec la nouvelle version d'Ubuntu. J'ai passé en OCS en version 2.4, mais j'ai uniquement 8 postes sur la totalité de mon parc qui font des remontés vers le serveur (mon parc compte une soixantaine d'ordinateurs). J'ai deux nouveaux ordinateurs à ajouter, j'ai l'erreur : "ERROR *** AGENT => Failed to send Inventory <HTTP Status Code #500>". J'ai lu sur un forum qui disait qu'il fallait que l'agent soit de la même version que le serveur. Sauf que mes 8 ordinateurs qui communique avec le serveur sont en 2.1.1.1.

Agent ocs 2.3 sur un serveur ocs 2.2

J'ai un petit soucis sur OCS, avec un agent OCS 2.1.1, j'arrive à faire remonter les informations sur mon serveur OCS 2.2; mais lorsque j'utilise un agent 2.3.1 je n'arrive pas à remonter les informations sur mon serveur.

Answered: Some Software is counted twice
In our Case it is only one install of Acrobat 9.1 , no updates, fresh install ...
In OCS Software-List there are 2 entry with exact the same Name "Acrobat 9.1"
Cleanings the registry brings no other results. there ale still 2 entrys for Acrobat in the registry. one in "....local-Maschine" and one in "...User"
Acrobat 9.1 in this case is just a example, we have more Software with duplicate entry in ocs ...

table softwares et nouvelles machines erreur 500

Nous venons de nous rendre compte que dans la table software nous avons atteinds le nombre d'id max:
2147483647.
Depuis ce moment nos nouvelles machines ne remontent plus dans OCS (erreur 500)
(Je ne suis pas un spécialiste de mysql ).
Question : quelle est la commande sous mysql pour faire ce genre de manip ?
: changement de la colonne id de la table softwares (int(11)) en unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment pour le nombre d'id .

j'ai trouvé une solution (peut-être pas la meilleure mais elle fonctionne). J'ai complétement supprimé la Base de données, j'ai relancé l'installation d'OCS. Depuis ça fonctionne. (par sécurité, j'ai fait une copie de l'ancienne base de données).

solution trouvée: j'ai complétement supprimé ma base de données OCS et j'ai réinstallé la mise à jour 2.4. Depuis ça fonctionne correctement.
Ce n'est peut-être pas la meilleure solution mais c'est la seule qui a résolu mon problème.
Par sécurité j'ai quand même fait une sauvegarde de l'ancienne base de données OCS.

Recherche multicritère - Reseau @IP et Machine @Ip

J'utilise OCS version 2.3.
Pourriez vous me dire la différence entre l'attribut Machine:Adresse IP et Réseau: Adresse IP ?
Ces attributs sont tout deux disponibles dans les informations à afficher. Cependant, je peux effectuer de recherche multicritère que sur l'attribut Réseau: Adresse IP.
De plus, j'ai constaté que certains ordinateurs pour lesquels j'ai du changer d'adresse IP ont des valeurs différentes pour ces deux attributs. L'attribut Machine: Adresse IP étant plus à jour, existe il une solution pour effectuer une recherche multicritère sur l'attribut Machine : Adresse IP ?

Nothing is displayed on activate list
I have upgraded to 2.4 version and i am trying to make a deploy on all windows machines.
I was able to create a build with
" Your package was successfully created in the directory /var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/download/1519719643
Your package was successfully created in the directory /var/www/html/download/server/1519719775"
messages.
When i go to Activate menu there is no package displayed not automatically or manually created.
I can see the creation of files in the listed directories , i also modified the conf file and i am able to access in browser http or https//ocsip/download/
What am ia missing?

C'est quelque chose que je n'ai jamais fait. C'est vraiment sécurisé avec un combo certificat SSL + identifiants ?
Est-ce que tu aurais des tutoriels ou des pistes de recherches à me donner ? Car bon, je pense pouvoir faire l'ouverture du port, mais je ne vois où se situe la configuration du certificat et des identifiants, comment générer le certificat, etc..

I've installed ocs agent 2.4 on a virtual machine and tried to send the inventory, got no errors in logs nor the inventory in the server.
Then I tried ocs-ng 2.3 and the same thing happened.
After this I've installed ocs agent 2.1.1 and send the inventory to the server and this time it worked.

Ubuntu 12 to Ubuntu 14/16 Update
Hello,
We have Ubuntu 12.04 and OCSInventory 2.1 installed. Tried to update Ubuntu to Ubuntu 14/16 and just after the update OCS Inventory doesn't work anymore (You don't have permissions to access /ocsreports on this server).
After a few tests observed that if I'll copy the Alias and directories from /etc/apache2/conf.d/ocsinventory-reports.conf (ex. alias for /ocsreports /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports) to /etc/apache2/sites-available/default-ssl.conf (we use OCS under HTTPS) , OCS Inventory page loads, however the computer agents doesn't send the data/can't connect to the server. Tried to check here for some solutions, but couldn't find any. Might be something related to apache2 and conf.d (as mentioned above after moving the aliases and directories config from conf.d to sites-available, the ocs server page opens at least).
Any ideas? Any tutorial to upgrade from Ubuntu 12 to Ubuntu 14/16 with keeping the current OCS Inventory 2.1 or updating it to any newer version?

Error HTTP 401 while inventorying

I open this thread because i haven't found the answer to my issue on another FAQs...
So, after an upgrade of OCSServer in version 2.4, the agents can't send em inventory, they get an error HTTP 401 in ocsinventory.log:

I heard that the problem is caused by the authentication on the server by the client, but we didn't need that before... do you know how to configure apache to allow the unauthentified inventory?
