pour info sur mon parc constitué d'OS W7 et W10, l'intégralité des PC retournent la référence (marque, modèle) ainsi que le numéro de série de leurs écrans connectés en VGA sans pilote additionnel (donc plug'n play !).

Error HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
bonjour quand je fais un import local, je ne peux pas car j'ai un message Error HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
j'ai regarde ce qu'il y a sur les forums mais ca ne resout pas mon probleme
mon install est dans /var/www/html/ocsinventory
ce qui fait que pour lancer ocs je fais http://mon-ip/ocsinventory/ocsreports
mais j'ai un chemin dans l'import local qui est
To server: http://localhost:80/ocsinventory
comment changer celui ci? par exemple si c'est lui qui bloque
j'ai le meme soucis quelque soi l'agent windows que j'utilise en local inventory,

Attention : les plugins en version 2.1 ne sont pas du tout les meme qu'en 2.3 et la methiode d'installation est differente aussi.
Il faut absoluement upgrader OCS dans la derniere version si tu veux pouvoir utiliser les plugins a jour.

Migration version OCS

Affichage liste des logiciels impossible

Utilisateur d'OCS depuis plus de 10 ans je suis confronté à un problème assez bizarre. Nous avons migré notre serveur vers Centos 7 , PHP 5.6 et MariaDB 10.1, mais depuis impossible d'affiché la liste des logiciels ... j'ai systématiquement un message "Processing..."
Le plus étonnant c'est que la recherche fonctionne elle ...
Le problème se pose avec les version 2.2.1 et 2.3

failed to send http post request
Hello Everyone,
i am new here and i am in charge to deploy ocs on my compagny.i am facing a problem which i think come from my ocs server. in my ocsinventory.log file i have the message failed to send http post request < couldn't resolve host name>
when i open the error.log file on Apache, i see the error saying : can't call method "do" on an undefined value at c:/xampp/perl/site/lib/Apache/Ocsinventory/Server/System.pm line 177.

ocs agent version 2.3.0.0
when i open the file i can't undrstand what the problem is.
please it is about a couple of day i am trying to solve this issue, that is the reason why i register here to beg for your help

Can I hook RFID tags info into OCS?
Hi guys,
We use OCS Inventory NG 2.0.5 (server and agent). We track all our Linux servers with this and are in the process of rolling this out to our Windows Desktops too.
I'm also investigating RFID technology to help with inventorying kit and would like to know if anyone out there has a plugin or software to link RFID transponder numbers to OCS assets? I'm sure others are doing this, so how are you managing it?

OCS engine can't comunicate with mysql server. Probably due to a wrong mysql account. You have to check z-ocsinventory-server.conf
Lors de la MAJ, le fichier z-ocsinventory-server.conf...a été modifié: en tout cas mon Passwd user de BD MySql, (ocs), n'était pas le bon.. donc, j'ai mis le bon mot de passe et tout remonte...

I installed OCS server 2.3.1 recently in my network to be able to inventory the softwares installed on my workstations, however I am facing a difficulty in the moment of doing this survey, because the list of software that is generated for each machine is very big. Since about 70% of the list is Microsoft Update and Office Update.
My question would be whether there is any way to perform an exclusive search, so that all software except for Microsoft updates in General is displayed.

Information from the OCS Agent is not arriving on the server. Servername Firewall is disabled.
I installed the OCS Agent on my notebook, however, its information is not coming to the server.

Inventory working only manually
Hello everybody,
I need your help, I installed OCS 2.1.2 on a Windows server and deployed the Windows-client v2.0.3.1.
The clients are correctly installed, when I launch the "run OCS Inventory NG Agent now" I can see the computer on OCS.
I see the pc on OCs but there is no new inventory, I 'm obliged to force it again to have an inventory uptodate...
On the client side, the log are ok :

Profiles problem
I installed latest 3.2.1 version on centos 7, from repository.
Everything is working, but have problems with profiles. There are no profiles listed, and i cannot add any profile.
Also The is a note: The config/profiles directory is not writable

it look like you don't have the right to install OCS. You must run the install as root.
Try to launch the installer with this command :
sudo sh setup.sh

This is the log install for a very very old agent. Please update to the latest version.
