Nous n'avons malheureusement pas fini de porter la dernière version sous windows (nous avons des problèmes d'incompatibilité assez importants).

Donc pour le moment, la dernière version du serveur ne marche que sous linux.

Bonjour,

J'ai l'erreur suivant dans le fichier error.log d'apache :

Migration de base de données / Serveur

Bonjour,

Je suis actuellement en train de réinstaller OCS/GLPI sur un nouveau serveur. Auparavant installé sous Windows XP, j'ai voulu passé à Windows Server 2012 R2.

J'ai donc :

- réinstallé la dernière mise à jour de Xampp
- copié les dossier ocsreports et glpi
- exporté les deux bases de données.

Pour GLPI aucun problème, tout fonctionne correctement.

Par contre concernant OCS ne fonctionne pas. J'ai une erreur concernant install.php manquant.  

J'ai donc réinstallé OCS, mais la base de données à également été recréé. J'ai donc à présent deux bdd (une vide, et une pleine qui ne fonctionne pas).

Une idée??

Je voudrais le mettre à jour sur la dernière version.

Pouvez-vous me donner la méthode à suivre ?

Error agent installation

Good afternoon,
I'm making some tests with OCS to verify the feasibility of installation at the company where I work.
I made an agent removal test and removal of the object in OCS.
I restarted the test computer and reinstalled Windows agent again, but it did not appear again in the OCS.
I'm using version 2.1.2.
What can I do to correct this problem.
For constantly we have some equipment that are formatted and need to reinstall the agent in such equipment.

I appreciate the support.

Client does not update Server (after server migration)

Hi,

I have been using OCS-Inventory for several years. Some months ago, I have installed a new server with OCS through Debian Jessie repositories (OCS 2.0.5). As the computers within the network have the agent installed (version 4.0.6.1) pointing to the former server, I have used same IP/DNS in the newly installed. By doing so, all of the machines began to report to the new server perfectly. Now I have prepared a new OCS inventory server with version 2.2.1 installed manually using the tar.gz file and following the setup.sh instructions. The installation process was successful, again I use same IP/DNS to let the clients report to the new server. But, In this case, no client has made contact with the server so far. I thought that, perhaps, there was an incompatibility issue between server v 2.2.1 and clients 4.0.6.1. In order to test this hypothesis, I installed OCSNG-Windows-Agent-2.1.1.3 on a machine with my server configuration (http://myserver/ocsinventory). But still, no communication. I have also tried using the deployment tool (I have followed all the configuration steps described in http://wiki.ocsinventory-ng.org/index.php?title=Documentation:DeployTool ) but I got a "**ERROR** Connecting remote host: Access Denied" message.

Does anyone have any clue? Thanks

Bonjour,

Ce module n'est nécessaire que si vous avez prévu de requêter le serveur OCS via SOAP. Si ce n'est pas le cas l'absence du module générera un message d'erreur dans le fichier error_log d'apache (seulement au démarrage d'apache).

Hi,

Verify that 2 machines are correctly ipdiscover elected. Without that ipdiscover functionnality is not running correctly.

I have a CentOS 7.2 server and I'm having too much trouble to install Perl-Apache-DBI and Perl-Apache2-SOAP, are not located in any valid repository YUM and not on CPAN , any help?
