Plugins OCS Release 2.3

Bonjour,

Je pense que le problème à déjà été posé, mais j'ai regardé les solutions et les remarques, et je n'ai trouvé aucune solution..

Mon serveur OCS est sous Debian 7.11,  PHP5,  Apache2.

J'ai téléchargé, certains plugins (listprinters.zip, networkshare.zip, officepack.zip, security.zip, uptime.zip)

Je les ai bien déposé dans la dossier "Download" du serveur, et les ai installé via la console Web du serveur, et tout s'est bien déroulé..

J'ai aussi copier dans le dossier "Plugin" du répertoire  Agent, les .vbs contenu dans les .zip dst Plugins, sur le PC, l'agent est installé et a remonté l'inventaire... Mais, pas les infos des plugins...

Je pense avoir raté une configuration, mais je ne sais pas ou...

Si quelqu'un pouvais m'aider à comprendre le pourquoi du comment...

Hi,

To do a backup of your database : mysqldump -u OCS_USER_NAME -p OCS_DATABASE_NAME > yourbackup.sql

The limit of the database is something like 10^12 computers in database. There is no reason to reach the limit :). The biggest inventory we had in reference was 250000 computer in database.

As windows is a demo plateforme that must never use in production for OCS : use a linux server if you don't want to have problem with performance and security hole (and have latest version of OCS with all cool newest feature).

For change the time interval, look the parameter FREQUENCY in the configuration option : By default, it's set on Once par day (24h) and we don't recommand to use lower value.

immediate updated inventory

Dear team,

1.suppose we have 340 system right now in our database and if we remove 5 system from network the can we see updated inventory i.e. 335.

2.suppose on PC one user is login with account abc and on the same PC another user logged with xyz account, the can we see the updated user login detail immediately

I can not access the web interface through the IP of the server, by another machine.

Hello, I installed OCSInventory on my Windows Server 2008 R2, but a few days ago I stopped accessing the management interface from another machine, via IP in the browser, and now I only have access through the server itself.
It displays the following image error:

Does anyone know how to fix ?? thank you!

Thanks for your reply. then what I installed. * Ubunte server 16.04 * ocs server 2.3.1 * Windows and Linux agents * The officePack places it in the path (/ usr / share / ocsinventory-reports / ocsreports / download) and install it from the server console, and I see the space where the office licenses should be displayed. The issue is that you are not registering license information in the ocs xml or in the database. also place the msofficekey.vbs in the path C: / program file (x86) / ocsinventory / plugin. Even so, I can not get my Microsoft Office licenses to report to me. Some help? Thank you.

Your problem is different then my.

Err_05 : Residual directory found in perl dir ( by default -> /etc/ocsinventory-server/perl/Apache/Ocsinventory/Plugins/PLUGIN_NAME/ )

This error display when You uninstall plugin and install again (and you not properly clean before install plugin again).

Try this - it will help:
1. Remove plugin officepack from www,
2. Delete files/directories (if they any):
/etc/ocsinventory-server/plugins/officepack.conf
/etc/ocsinventory-server/perl/Apache/Ocsinventory/Plugins/Officepack
/usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/plugins/computer_detail/cd_officepack
/usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/plugins/main_sections/ms_officecpack

3. Install again officepack plugin (from www).

bonjour, j'ai un serveur linux centos 7.2.1511 avec php 5.6.30 avec glpi 9.1.1

Je n'arrive pas installer/configurer /ocsinventory-reports, quand je vais sur la page web du site, je rentre le compte mysql et la base de donnée et ensuite j'ai ces erreurs :

Please wait, database update may take up to 30 minutes.....................

ERROR: line 131: query:[ INSERT INTO `operators` VALUES ('admin','admin','admin','21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3',1,'Default administrator account','sadmin',NULL,NULL)]failed
MySQL error: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 (err:1136)

......

MySQL config file successfully written (using root account)

Existing database updated

Database engine checking........................

ERROR: The installer ended unsuccessfully, rerun install.php once problems are corrected

Que dois-je faire ?

Thanks for the hint, Vince. I actually edited the z-ocsinventory-Server.conf during the Installation process, but it seems I didn't activate the configuration using the a2enconf command. angry

After enabling the configuration I got another error in my Agent (error code #400). I now found out that my SQL Server was set only to accept Connections from 127.0.0.1. I commented this line in the SQL Server config.

Now I get my Clients updated in my new ocs Server.

we need to update OCS 2.3.1 with PHP 5.4.16 installed to the version 7 of PHP. ¿Can anyone tell me if OCS is compatible with this version of PHP?

Bonjour, je rencontre le même soucis.

J'ai bien installé le plugin dans OCS en plaçant le ZIP dans /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/download puis en l'installant depuis l'interface web.

Le fichier Map.pm se trouve bien dans le dossier /etc/ocsinventory-server/perl/Apache/Ocsinventory/Plugins/Uptime.

J'ai bien la section Uptime qui apparait dans la page Miscellaneous des Ordinateurs mais celle-ci reste désespérément vide...

J'ai bien placé le script uptime.vbs dans C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent\Plugins.

Lors de l'exécution manuelle de l'inventaire en local et en xml, j'ai bien l'information d'uptime de présente dans le fichier :

        <UPTIME>
            <TIME>0 jours, 1 heures, 1 minutes</TIME>
        </UPTIME>

Je sèche...
