Hello,

I want to see all versions of IE that are installed on my computers. But in "software", OCS display only the line "Internet Explorer" without the different versions.

I used the "Registry" (I didn't forgot to activate the registry in "config" of course) but it don't works :

Is someone have an idea ?

J'aimerais voir toutes les versions d'IE qui sont installées sur mes PCs, mais dans "Software", OCS n'affiche que la ligne "Internet Explorer" sans montrer toutes les versions installées.

J'ai essayé la partie "Registry" comme vous pouvez le voir sur l'image du dessus (je n'ai pas oublié de l'activer dans "config") mais ça ne marche pas. Quelqu'un a une idée ?

Ok Update : I found the thing with apache. bad config file, now it's ok i can access https://myserver/download

But the deployment still don't work. Can't find information file etc ...

Good morning,
I'm installed the new version of the OCS inventory 2.3 in the Linux operating system

(Centos 7) and the agent with the version 2.3 in Windows 7, everything seems to be

installed correctly but when I access the OCSinventory does not detect my computer.

I'm have looked at the agent log and it looks like it is correct. I'm put it down in case

there's something I'm have not seen.

Bonjour,

suite à l'installation de la 2.3 RC, j'avais eu des soucis avec l'option WARN_UPDATE activé par défaut, l'interface était horriblement lente. Suite à la désactivation de cette option, tout était rentré dans l'ordre.

J'ai installé la version 2.3 Stable, j'ai voulu réactivé cette option, résultat, plus rien ne s'affiche, peu importe le menu.

Voilà ce que j'ai :

La ligne 390 correspond bien à cette option :

Hi

The URL http://172.28.1.180/ocsreports is not for inventories but only for access the console. The correct URL is http://172.28.1.180/ocsinventory.

I'm using Centos 7, OCS 2.0.5.

When I'm installing OCS there is a error: PERL Module Apache::DBI is not installed!

Whats the name of package to install?

I installed Perl_DBI...

When I try to install, the system answer that this package is already installed, nothing to do.

Je me pose la question a quoi sert la rubrique "Administrer les clients OCS-NG" qui se situ dans configuration ---> client

Car je suis a la recherche d'une methode simple via OCS pour mettre mes agent OCS a jour car j'ai des machine qui ne sont pas sur le domaine donc impossible via GPO.

Il me semble que sur mon ancienne version d'ocs serveur il mettait a jour tous seul les agent ...

I have several OCS servers spread in several countries. I would like to gather all informations (Hardware, software, etc) in one tool which will display this informations with graphs, tables, etc. 

Do you know something about that ?

J'ai plusieurs serveurs OCS répartis dans plusieurs pays. J'aimerais réunir toutes les informations qu'ils contiennent (Matériel, logiciels, etc) dans un seul outil qui propose plusieurs vu comme des graphiques, des tableaux, etc.

Hi,

I don't have those logs. On the admin console the "Logs vizualization" is empty. The only log that i have is the "activity.log" in /var/log/ocsinventory-server and this log doesn't tell anything important i guess.

I collect :

Name	REGTREE	REGKEY	REGVALUE	Delete	Update	Select
Internet Explorer - Version	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE	SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer	Version

On OCS server 2.1.2, the result is displayed on registry tab of each computer. It is not really easy to use on a large scale...

Sur OCS 2.1.21, le résultat s'affiche dans les collectes de registres machine par machine, ce qui n'est pas extrêmement pratique à exploiter sur un parc important...

Hello,

I have the version 2.3 installed and inside the deployment menu I have one option called "Agent auto-launching frequency", that when I choose it, it shows me an empty screen. Comparing with demo version, I see that this option does not exist.

Someone can help me with this issue.

j'ai nouvellement installé la version 2.3 sur Fedora 22 (sur un nouveau serveur, j'étais sur une version précédente avant, sur un serveur Windows et je recommence à neuf).

J'ai installé le serveur selon les instructions, je suis capable de me connecter à /ocsreports et accéder à la console. Je n'arrive pas à envoyer un inventaire à partir de l'agent 2.3 sur Windows 10, par contre. Dans le log de l'agent je peux lire ceci:

    DID_CHECK => Read DeviceID <MESANGE-2017-01-09-08-36-49> and MACs [masqué] in file <ocsinventory.dat>

 Dans le fichier acces.log d'apache, je ne vois rien de bien extraordinaire

Il me semble qu'avec les nouvelles versions d'OCS, le serveur passe en https. Vérifie si le tien l'est et modifie la configuration de ton agent OCS en conséquences

Hello,

I have installed ocsinventory 2.3 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. 

Many clients can send their inventory without any problem but some of them are producing the following error:

Not a HASH reference at /usr/local/share/perl/5.22.1/Apache/Ocsinventory/Server/Inventory/Data.pm line 126

Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I have upgraded the OCS server linux from 2.2.1 to 2.3

After upgraded on the administrative data the item checkbox is not correct managed.

Look at your demo OCS site and look  "localisation" -> "Access securised".

Bonjour !

Je voulais savoir si l'agent 2.1.1 est compatible avec le serveur OCS 2.1.2 ?

Ca fait 2 jours que je me tue à trouver des solutions pour le problème :

AGENT => Failed to send Prolog <HTTP Status Code #404>

Et je me demande si le fait que ça ne fonctionne pas soit à cause des versions ? Je précise que je réalise cela sous windows !

Hi,

ocsinventory.log and download.log are files located on your client (c:\programdata\ocs inventory ng\agent) not on your server.
