[error] Cannot establish communication : 500 Internal Server Error

Since a week we got a HTTP 500 error when the OCS Agent send the data to the OCS Server on Suse !
On the server and on the agent was nothing changed ! The error occured the first time at 03:00.
Also in the logfiles I can't find a "real" error. mysql is running. System was booted without success.
Yesterday I stopped and started the mysql DB, and magic 2 agents could store there data in the DB (seen in the OCS GUI). This behavior could not be reproduced now. Stop and start of the mysql DB didn't help anymore.
OCS Server is 2.0.4, MySQL is 5.5.49, both running on Suse Enterprise 11, SP4

Is it possible to create a URL in the field USERID in order to search the info related to USERID ?

I would like to change the field userid in "http://ocs-server/ocs/index.php?function=visu_computers" and attach into an ajax function link what i call "function_get_userinfo.php" where i can get directly some the info about the userid. This function returns some json data, what i included an alert popup to show what i want see.
I modified around the line #273 from the file function_table_html.php in the olders versions. It worked great.
The code i changed looked like that:
if ($v == "") $v=" ";
if ($k == "User"){

Je vois bien mes logicels présent ainsi que sur le nombre de pc que ce logiciel est installé.
Quand je clique sur le chiffre, cela me donne aucun résultat et je ne vois aucun pc rattaché a ce logiciel.
J'espere avoir été assez claire pour expliquer mon problème .

OCS 2.3 Serveur - OCS-NG GUI erreur 500
Bonjour,
je viens d'installer OCS Inventory Server 2.3 sur Fedora. L'installation s'est bien déroulée mais après avoir démarré le script install.php et procédé à la création de la base de données, j'arrive à l'étape de démarrer le GUI pour la première fois... mais j'obtiens une erreur 500. J'ai vérifié si j'arrivais à me connecter avec l'usager 'ocs' sur ma base de données et c'était le cas. J'ai vérifié si la base était bien créée et c'était le cas. J'ai roulé install.php une deuxième fois et on m'indiquait que la base était OK.
Dans le fichier error_log de apache, j'obtiens les lignes suivantes, au redémarrage du service, je ne sens rien d'anormal.

[RESOLVED] Error on client after db migration FR/ENG
Hi,
I just update my Ubuntu Server from 14.04LTS to 16.04LTS and OCS to 2.3, at this point everything was ok.
The ocs db was on a dedicated MySQL but I want to migrate it to the ocs web server.
Once the migration done, I changed the z-ocsinventory-server.conf et dbconfig.inc.php to point to the new server. GUI is ok but clients can't send theirs inventories.
A <HTTP Status Code #500> appears in the OCSinventory.log
When I check the Apache2 error log on the server i found this error:
Can't call method "do" on an undefined value at /usr/local/share/perl/5.22.1/Apache/Ocsinventory/Server/System.pm line 189.\n
I tested direct mysql connection and SHOW TABLES; with my db user -> OK
I hope someone could help me.
