Modify Administrative Data
good morning I have problems when modifying administrative data, the message Field name is already used, this problem I have since version 2.5, I updated it now to version 2.6 and the problem persists, I would like to know if there is a solution ?, I would also like to know how to actiavr the option QR since since version 2.4 does not appear, in advance thanks for the support.

Hi,
have you try : remove it, restart server and recreate it ? if fail, try to create a new field named PRUEBA2 for exemple, it's works or not ?

Missing computer after upgrade 2.6
After migrate from 2.6-RC to 2.6, some computer aren't display in the web. the record still in the db, and are updated but no are displayed.
The 'hidden' computers have different OS (Ubuntu, Debian, WindowsXP and Windows10), the agent does not seem to be the problem, since they have unix_agent, windows_agent and injector_pl.

Hi toutafait, thanks for your response, I have tried to delete all administrative data and create new ones. When creating them, it does not give me any problem, but if I wanted to modify it, it gives me the same problem. I tried to use the file function_adminfo.php of version 2.3 and there if it lets me modify existing administrative data, so I deduce that there is something in that file that does not allow to modify.

PC supprimé - pas de réimportation visible
Bonjour,
J'avais ouvert ce sujet il y a quelques jours : https://ask.ocsinventory-ng.org/11232/changement-serveur
Pour mes tests de déploiement de client (version 2.4.0.0), j'ai supprimé un PC du serveur OCS. Les tests sont OK, je peux maintenant déployer en masse le nouveau client sur l'ensemble des clients.
Par contre, je n'arrive pas à importer une seconde fois le PC supprimé (pour les besoins du test) C'est normal qu'il n'y ait pas nouvelle synchronisation vis à vis du serveur ? (même après réinstallation du client ?)

Il faut regarder les logs de l'agent pour savoir ce qu'il se passe. Il serait bon de nous les transmettre en mode debug afin que l'on sache ce qu'il se passe.

Installation Process :

But..... After Installation,, I Found Waring Message At web UI

Notification Mail
Bonjour,
On cherche à mettre en place le système de notification sur notre serveur OCS (en version 2.6)
Nous avons actuellement un système de notification identique avec notre serveur GLPI (c'est le même qui herberge le serveur OCS) Cela fonctionne en utilisant le smtp classique / port 25.
Par contre vis à vis du serveur OCS, nous n'arrivons pas à déterminer les actions du serveur OCS :
- si un mail a bien été envoyé par exemple à 12h avec un statut "envoi OK" et "erreur"
- si par exemple côté réseau d'entreprise, le filtrage bloque quelque chose et pourquoi (mais vu que ça marche avec le serveur GLPI on a quelques doutes)

OCSInventory handover table and form
Hello people! I Hope you're all doing great today.
First starters - I am totally green when it comes to OCS Inventory. My admin gave me task to do but I don't even know if it is possible. Thing is - I need to make some kind of handover table.
Records would look like this:
PC , user , action , date;
X , Y , return , 10.07;
X , Z , hire , 11.07;
A , Y , hire , 16.07;
etc. Each record would generate handover-form which would be printed and signed by admin and user.
Now - is it even possible? If it is - how to get to it :/ ? Anyone has done something like that before?

can we upgrade the database schema in the console?
We updated the ocs server 2.4 to 2.6 in place,
after the restart we have this
Existing database updated
Current version:7012=>Expected version:7022
and a button to perform the update.
I pressed the button 2 hours ago and is still spinning.
can I manually do something in the console to finish that?

Is there possibility to relate forms (formeditor) to database?
I want to make form that has information about specific computer in resources. Only thing I can do is to type name of the computer manually in form. Is there any way to relate those two things?
